Spam Folders Attack The Stargate Fan Awards!
If you're a Fanfic writer or Multimedia artist, please
check your spam folders! We sent out Notifications and Reminders that
they were nominated for the Stargate Fan Awards and that they needed to
place their nominations, but we have become aware that some are finding
their way into Spam folders and are going unnoticed. We don't want to
miss anyone!

If you discover a Reminder email in your spam folder but don't have the first email with your account name and password, email out tech department web@stargatefanawards.com and they can resend your password. Make sure you supply them with all your pen names so they can find you.

Edit: I'm going to be heading off to DragonCon in the morning so I won't be around to look up names. If you _think_ you might have been nominated, please email web@stargatefanawards.com and they can look you up and if you have been they can find your password so you can place your noms.

Everything that goes into my spam folder gets tossed auto... dang. Did sireesanwar get nominated for anything.

The best way is for everyone to add the SFA email to their addy book.

Yes you did, you got 5 nominations. Send an email to web@stargatefanawards.com and they can hook you up with a password for your account.

You do have a nomination, hopefully you've recieved an email about this by now? We tried sending the notifications out by hand a few days ago.

I don't really think I was nominated, but, then again, I didn't think I would be nominated last year and I was...and never got a single e-mail about it(stupid e-mail). So, I'm making sure there aren't any nominations for deaniebtvs.

I've been having trouble with the site. I changed my email address and promptly forgot my password. I've submitted the question to the web@star... address and I get the confirmation that it was received, but I never get a response. I tried submitting the question on the website and it tells me that my email addy is invalid. Can you (or anyone!) look at my account and see what's wrong? My pennames are jessa4865 and jezyk. Current email is jezyk@southeastofdisorder.net, but I can receive mail at jessa4865@aol.com. I've tried checking the spam folders and there's nothing there.

The email we have listed for you under jessa4865 is jezyk@southeastofdisorder.net . Is that the one you want it set as? We have the system shut down for nominee's right now as we do placement checks and set up for voting so you wouldn't be able to access the nominee account. You also won't need it again for this year because when voting starts up you will use the public accounts (we created special accounts for nominees so they could place their works). At the moment, the public side is also shut down so you really can't update anything. If you want your email adress changed I can do that for you.

Please reset my email to jessa4865@aol.com and the password as well. For some reason, the other address doesn't get any emails.
